Yom Kippur

English:

Today is a Jewish holiday called Yom Kippur.

Since a good portion of my school is Jewish, we get today off and tomorrow off too just because there wouldn't be much meaning in coming back for one day. So I get a good long 4 day weekend. I started out today with sleeping in late. It felt amazing.

But a lot of my friends are telling me how hungry they are because you have to fast during this holiday. But Yom Kippur is the most important of the Jewish holidays.

今日はジュイシュのヨムキプアってゆうホリデーイだよ。

るいかの学校にいっぱいジュイシュの人はいるから、今日はヤスミで、明日もいんまり一日だけ学校に行くいみないから、やすみ。だから、４日nおしゅうまつ！朝はゆっくり、やすめた。

でも、るいかの友達はいっぱい、オナカすいた〜って言ってるよ、ヨムキプアにダンジキしないとだめだから。今日はジュイシュの人にはすっごくタイセツな日だよ。
