4th of Julyはおみせとかはしまってて、よるになるとハナビをあげるんだ！

るいかは日本にいるから見えないけど、とし（お父さん）わコウエンにいって、いまぐらい見てると思うよ。

Also known as Independence Day.

During 4th of July, many stores are closed, and at night they put on fireworks! 

I'm in Japan so I can't see them, but around this time, i think my daddy went to go watch at the park.
